The Bandidos MC movement in Europe is structured in local chapters, regional federations, and the European federation – „The Bandidos Motorcycleclub Federation Europe“.

Individuals are members of their chapters, while the chapters are chartered by the regional federations of the „Bandidos Motorcycleclub Federation Europe“.

Each chapter/ regional federation operates independently, according to its own bylaws, which, however, must abide by the constitution of the „Bandidos Motorcycleclub Federation Europe“.

The „Bandidos Motorcycleclub Federation Europe“, or regional federations, can put together standing or temporary committees to provide assistance.

Such committees will give advice and support to the particular organization, to help said institutions, in performing their respective functions.
